Community Groups Use Nuclear Waste To Help Them
Clean The Beach
San Francisco, CA - On March 4th dozens of concerned beach lovers
will combine celebration and community service to clean-up Ocean Beach.
There will be DJs, a bonfire, and Bay Area Company Smart Energy Enterprises
is donating its "Nuclear Waste Antidote" energy drink to support and energize
the volunteers on the project.
"Having bonfires on Ocean Beach has been a source of inspiration and
community for tens of thousands of people over the years," says CEO Mark
Michael Lewis, the maker of Nuclear Waste Antidote. "By investing our love
and labor into keeping it clean, we intend to preserve that inspiration for
future generations. Our company wanted to provide the smartest energy drinks
on the planet to help fuel the fire of the generous men and women making this happen."
The March Forth Ocean Beach clean-up combines the efforts of three groups committed
to preserving both the beauty of the beach and the public's right to gather around
bonfires on it: Ocean Beach Foundation, Burners Without Borders, and Surfriders.
"We thought it was exactly the type of spirited public action and ‘Raise Your Awareness’
attitude that our drink was designed to promote," said Lewis. "If getting our hands
dirty and giving out our Antidote energy drink can support such a worthwhile endeavor,
it will be a good Sunday for us."
To support the beach clean-up or the organizations running it, go
to RaiseYourAwareness.com/beach for details, or just show up at the
beach at the end of Lincoln in San Francisco at 2pm on Sunday, March 4th.
